Imagine a tiny mud house serving as the only classroom for an entire school. This was the reality for Mpirani Primary School—a school in a remote community where children struggled to learn in dire conditions. But everything changed when Asante Aid stepped in, fueled by the support of passionate donors like you.
In 2016, Asante Aid embarked on an ambitious journey to rebuild Mpirani Primary School. The project began with constructing a new classroom block equipped with an ICT section, granting students access to technology and modern learning tools. Over the next two years, we worked tirelessly to complete all four classroom blocks, transforming the school into a hub of opportunity and growth.
Today, Mpirani Primary School boasts 36 fully furnished classrooms, new toilets, and clean water facilities—ensuring that students' basic needs are met. No longer do children have to miss school during the rainy season or endure overcrowded, inadequate spaces. This transformation has created a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
The ripple effects of this transformation are undeniable. Student enrollment has soared, and the once bleak and dismal environment is now a vibrant center of education and hope.
