AprThe visit to Toram Learning Centre, founded by Ann Kasina, highlighted the dire living conditions of many families in the nearby shanty dwellings. The inhumane conditions, particularly during the rainy season, put the children at risk. Ann Kasina's voluntary efforts to provide education for these underprivileged kids are commendable; her love for them is undeniable. AprDuring a routine home visit, we encountered a young boy who was unable to attend school due to his special needs and his family's poverty. Our team intervened and enrolled him in a special boarding school to provide him with the necessary education and support.

AprMuyu Wakae Primary School has undergone a remarkable transformation with the addition of one of three new building block classrooms, complete with desks, thanks to the efforts of Asante Aid. Previously, we found children sitting on stones and logs inside a leaning mud house, which emphasized the urgent need for proper facilities. AprMusa Kombe graduated as a mechanic after attending school and was later taken to Technical College by Asante Aid. He is now earning a living as a qualified mechanic. We provided him with a toolbox to help him start his new job. Musa was part of our program after his parents passed away, leaving him an orphan at a young age. AprAsante Team visited the home to check on a sick boy with food shopping, this traditional house lived a heart-ailing young Boy who was suffering with no hope of getting treatment any soon because the parents lived on less than a dollar per day and on many occasions go without a meal and can not afford his medical fee which is hefty and can only be done at Kijabe Mission hospital some 500 miles away with qualified Doctors to handle...
Asante Aid Team distributes food and essential commodities to poor families in the interior villages in the Bamba area, Kilifi County, to address immediate food insecurity, improve nutrition, and potentially stimulate local economies, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more resilient community.

AprThe harsh, unforgiving desert landscape, characterized by extreme heat, limited water resources, and sparse vegetation, presents a dire situation for the community in Bamba villages, Kilifi County.
